The system combines real-time information, data graphics, KPI monitoring, master data, user administration, secure payment data and website integration.

I reviewed the design objectives and organized the necessary information and features for the website and the chatbot.

I translated the results into low-fidelity mockups, and then developed the visual system and responsive designs for the screens.

I connected the key journeys in an interactive prototype and tested the navigation and comprehension.
